SELF-OBSERVATION
New month new start! Time to put some renewed vigour into all areas. I begin from a reasonably good base and many reasons to have the attitude of gratitude. 1. A continual background attitude of gratitude
2. Total focus on my objective - self-suppoting therapist by 2020.
3. Appropriate response in the moment as matters arise.
4. Self-maintenance by meditation, excercise, and new learning.
4. TODAY’S QUESTION FOR

3. TODAY’S SELF-OBSERVATION
I am on the face of it perfectly happy but a low mood has rumbled on in the background for the past week. From my training I know that mood is so multi-causational it can be impossible to tie down a cause and so be able to directly address it. In my less-educated past I would have sought hedonistic distractions, but these days my policy is "feel the mood and carry on anyway" - so long as my focus is on my clear intentions and on gratitude, and I am responding appropriately to each moment, I can afford to live with it without wasting time trying to get to the bottom of it. Right now I feel calm and content anyway.
4. TODAY’S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you clear in your mind about the purpose of your life?
