3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I am convinced of the need to spread my consciousness over "many levels at once" from the universal to the ego. I feel that distracted by the two-month long "Weekend Job Affair"  I was more focused than I would like on the ego, which inevitably results in being anxious and overwhelmed.

With that business concluded, and no immediate crisis visible, I have begun to redress this balance and spend my quieter moments connecting to the universal. The default background focus I'm intending to achieve is "submissive gratitude whilst alert for opportunities"

My intended default emotion is gratitude, because this is the healthiest and most productive. But it requires mental energy and focus to maintain! I now see a gratitude mindset absolutely crucial to a fulfilling life experience and from this point there will be a continual effort to keep my consciousness in this mode, being particularly grateful for my connection between my ego and my Higher Self.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Do you have a clear understanding of who and what you are?

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
According to most studies, people’s number one fear is public speaking. Number two is death. This means that for the average person, they'd rather be in the coffin than doing the eulogy:D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Top 10 the IT Crowd Moments

8. TRIVIA
When Pluto was discovered in 1930, many people wrote in suggesting names for the new planet. Some suggestions were Cronus, Persephone, Erebus, Atlas, and Prometheus. Eleven-year-old Venetia Burney suggested the name Pluto. She thought it would be a good name since Pluto is so dark and far away, like the god of the underworld. On May 1, 1930, the name Pluto became official, and the little girl received a £5 note as a reward.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Keep moving forward, even one or two steps, in your own way. Those who live out their lives to the fullest, unperturbed by the noisy clamor around them, are the true winners.

3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Though by discipline and concentration I can usually keep calm, morale is a more variable factor and more vulnerable to prevailing circumstances. Little encouragements and turns of fortune do wonders for morale. A batch of mini encouragements over the last 24 hours has consequently got the day off to a good start. Of these, hearing that the manager who caused all that recent grief at the Weekend Job is being removed from my circles was the best news!

I intend to make best use of this little sunny patch to focus my intention and renew my efforts to achieve my goals.
