This week I've been keeping up with my intention to get in an hour of daily meditation and got back down to some online promotion. I feel my character is at least moving in the right direction and making a difference, but I am in need of a new initiative or big break to revitalize my Practice that I haven't thought of yet! I shall stay alert for opportunities and ideas.
On the universal dimension, I have found the Reiki discipline of affirming your connection to the Universal Source helps me to spread my consciousness over several levels at once, and the disciplines of Grounding and Gratitude keep me focused.
