3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With my renewed pursuit of meditation, my mind is a lot clearer and simpler in focus. I tend not to have so many irrelevant thoughts swirling around and I'm in "just get on with it" mode. I can feel my emotions stabilizing faster when upset and I'm generally more mentally robust. If it is ever my destiny to be broken again then there is nothing I can do, but I certainly won't be broken easily.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
What are you doing to make yourself physically and mentally robust?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Rain throughout, heavy at times
A moderate north-easterly will blow throughout
Max Temp = 10 degC
Min Temp = 9 degC

Sunset at 21:13

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
I asked a North Korean what it was like to live there - he said he couldn't complain :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
QI - Spot the Neanderthal - particularly funny!

8. TRIVIA
The smallest shark is the dwarf lantern shark, which is only seven inches long.

9. ZEN WISDOM
People who are rooted in the here and now, who are not defeated by their limitations, who don’t compare themselves to others, who confidently advance along their chosen path—such people are happy, such people are truly great.
