Daily disciplines are at the forefront of my mind today. With no "firefighting" to do and plenty of time between the usual chores, there is ample time to give mind, body and spirit a workout.. I am also in need of new ideas to promote my Practice, but this is proving a challenge! I will continue to keep eyes and ears open to opportunities.
