3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I will go into this weekend as prepared as I can be mentally, with nothing pressing hanging over me. I have developed a new acceptance that if the circumstances go badly, I will fail or be broken, but that doesn't excuse me from making myself as robust as possible. In the abundance of time available this morning, I will use it to calm my mind right down and elevate my consciousness to the universal.

I am no longer convinced that I can stay at that level of consciousness permanently, but I can and need to be there for at least part of every day and I will endeavour to do so.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
What are you doing to make yourself as robust as possible?
