3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Inspired by an article and self-help book extract in a newspaper I have been inspired to go into the finances and I'm ready, subject to discussion with Missus, to make some tough decisions! Taking control of things is empowering and makes you feel better.
Other than that it's another Bank Holiday Weekend with everyone at home, so this effectively means two "Sundays" in row, and it will be Tuesday before routine and initiative returns. Life is for living so I will be putting concerns aside and (sensibly) indulging and enjoying after today's Weekend Job shift. A quiet grief-free spell would be particularly helpful at this point! With the dust settled on previous issues, it would be disappointing if more arose.
With all the drama of the character I play, I don't want to be so distracted as to forget the True Self we really are. That requires calming the mind, which doesn't happen by default, so I will be pursuing my important disciplines of meditation, grounding, listening, gratitude and goal-visualization.
4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
What are you doing to make your life fulfilling?

Min Temp = 3 degC

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
All units to attend an incident involving a maniac with a screwdriver - this is not a drill! :D
7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
built by the Roman emperor Hadrian (118-125), the Pantheon (“Temple of
the Gods”) in Rome is remarkable because its massive dome is made of
concrete that has withstood the elements for almost 2,000
years—with no steel reinforcing. The Pantheon stayed the largest
concrete curved dome in existence right up to the nineteenth century.
