3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
My brain seemed to be in need of much downtime yesterday as I had long meditations in both the afternoon and the evening as well as going to bed at the normal weekday time of 10pm. 

I cannot emphasise strongly enough the benefits of meditation and how much calmer you feel as a result of regular practice. I definitely function better and think clearer as a result, and the disciplines and rituals I practice are essential to wellbeing - I know full well what I'm like if I don't do them!

Feeling good is an essential factor in belief, and belief is essential to success, so I will never again neglect my disciplines. The current incarnation of myself is one I prefer over all the previous ones.
