3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
A "good run" on the Weekend Job continues, where I have been able to just do it and go home, which is the desired state, so I can focus on developing my Practice and myself most of the week. The most unwelcome distraction of the Poison Dwarf Manager in March/April disrupted all that.

With the Weekend Job settling down I can return focus to pressing issues on the home front, namely debt, overspending, and the need to put considerably more time into online promotion. This requires both hemispheres of my mind at full capacity! I am very aware that the logical/calculating half simply can't do it alone - it gets stuck in loops where it sees all the problems but has no answers. My intuition, imagination and self-belief are required to make new moves.

Adversity is never welcome, but it does tend to force you to get moving and make things happen, and shakes you out of the complacency born of abundance.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
When it gets tough, are you despairing or decisive?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
While waves generated by wind may travel anywhere from around 2 to 60 miles (3.2 to 97 km) per hour, tsunami waves can travel at speeds of 600 miles (970 km) per hour, the speed of a jet plane.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Happiness doesn’t exist on the far side of distant mountains. It is within you, yourself. Not you, however, sitting in idle passivity. It is to be found in the vibrant dynamism of your own life as you struggle to challenge and overcome one obstacle after another, as you clamber up a perilous ridge in pursuit of that which lies beyond.
