3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With the Weekend Job passing under ideal circumstances with zero grief, my mind had ample opportunities to stay grounded, although I was continually invaded by dark thoughts regarding Poison Dwarf Blonde Bitch Manager. I know well that you cannot argue such mental incursions away with logic, so I use breathing and Reiki techniques to keep grounded.
I will continue to keep Sundays as a rest/recreation/Missus time and launch some fresh initiatives regarding my Practice on Monday. I am most fortunate indeed that whatever challenges I may face, I have a blissful harmonious home life to enjoy. It is here that I truly live life.
