3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
These days my home is a little bubble-world where I am appreciated and loved, where my personal life is purged of people who bring me no joy, and life is very good indeed! I am making the most of the experience while it lasts, fully aware that few ever each this level of comfortable cosiness in their lives. My appreciation of it however stems directly from plenty of experience of the opposite.

It is just as important in cosy times as in adversity to keep my mind in the right place. It is very easy for the mind to wander onto fears of losing it, and so paradoxically manifest its premature loss. Instead I focus on my Life Purpose, goals and intentions. Wherever you mind is, so is your life.

8. TRIVIA
The longer the period between the menarche (first period) and the menopause, the less likely women are to suffer osteoperosis (brittle bones). This is because oestrogen, which is only abundant when a woman is fertile, plays a critical role in strengthening bones.

9. THE WISDOM I'VE LEARNED FROM OTHERS
"The most important thing I have learned is trust. Trust in the knowledge that I do have the ability to make choices and trust that living in the moment will take me through my decision cycle quite naturally." - Lynda Standley Richardson
