3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
A most enjoyable chillin' kinda day, including 2 hours meditation, restored balance and has set me up for a new week.

I used to think that "paying attention" was a kinda dull onerous chore, but that was before I realized how essential to wellbeing it is! Your experience of life, regardless of circumstances, depends upon what has your attention. All the disciplines I pursue have the aim of strengthening my ability to keep my attention in the right place!

It has taken me many years to discover not only how to take control of my attention but exactly where to put it! These are skills I can now pass on to those keen enough to learn them.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you giving the right things your attention?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Mainly dry with some clear periods
Some isolated showers in the afternoon
A moderate westerly will blow throughout
Max Temp = 4 degC
Min Temp = 3 degC

6. TODAY'S ONELINER

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Russell Howard's Good News - Horny dog

8. TRIVIA
According to one report, it would take 800 marijuana joints to kill a person—the cause of death would be carbon monoxide poisoning.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Wisdom is invisible. It can only be gauged by a person’s actual conduct and behaviour.
