3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I got off to a slow start this morning after a minor laptop glitch and then treating myself to some catchup TV over breakfast. I'm very much aware of my life experience being determined by my focus and my ability to continually direct it.

But there is another factor I need to keep up if I want to lead a truly fulfilling life - faith. I must believe absolutely in my intuition. What faith does is eliminate unnecessary thinking and decision-making, increasing awareness and the ability to focus. I have tended to overlook the importance of this quality, which has retarded my development.

I will therefore today have faith, focus and gratitude at the forefront of today's experience and observe my own progress with interest.

8. TRIVIA

9. ZEN WISDOM
Extremism, the philosophy of intolerance of all views but its own, will always in its self-righteous arrogance and delusion of invincibility succeed only in uniting all others against it until it is overwhelmed
