I seem to have finally fought off my low mood. I know that the bodymind is primarily affected by focus, so I kept mine on gratitude and t seemed to do the trick! Of course, moods come and go anyway but good focus certainly helps. I have been reminded hat as ell as internal silence, continual focus on gratitude is also essential in personal development.

8. TRIVIA
In Greece, the dead are always buried because the Greek Orthodox Church forbids cremation. Five years after a burial, the body is exhumed and the bones are first washed with wine and then placed in an Ossuary. This is done in part to relieve the shortage of land in Greek cemeteries.

9. ZEN WISDOM
We are not merely passive pawns of historical forces nor victims of the past. We can shape and direct history. Renewing faith in the capacity of people—individually and collectively—to create the future, is the most pressing task facing us today.
