3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
The longer sleep pattern continues! It may be because I suddenly have a surge of stuff on my plate to deal with, though none of it is particularly stressful. I made "heavy weather" of it first thing and needd a word with myself to just get on with it! Mind appears to be in the right mode now.
Son and Missus both have heavy colds, but Missus, with a poor attendance record and an informal warning, had to just "grow a pair" and go to work anyway. This virus has hit Son harder and he is in his bed feeling sorry for himself! Good thing I have a Rottweiler immune system, or we'd all be screwed!
I shall poodle on with today's diverse and unrelated tasks and do so with the gratitude that comes from making a difference.

8. TRIVIA
The curse used to kill Harry’s parents, “Avada Kedavra,” derives from a phrase in Aramaic Abhadda kedhabhra,
which means to “disappear like this word.” It was used to make illness
disappear, but there’s no proof it was meant to kill anyone. It is
also likely the origin of abracadabra, which was used by doctors to cure fevers.
9. ZEN WISDOM
The biggest obstacles to our progress exist within our own lives in the
form of cowardice and the tendency to give up. Breaking through these
barriers will unleash a surging wave of change.
