German police and SS units enter Warsaw's ghetto to forcibly remove remaining Jews to concentration camps. Armed Jewish fighters resist the incursion and drive the police and SS out of the ghetto.

3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I've now gone three days without meditation, and with no opportunities on Friday and Saturday, it will be five days in total, virtually unheard of! I am not as cranky as I would have expected, mainly due to a zero stress environment, but nevertheless, I'm not happy about it. I'm getting by simply chilling out where possible.

I look forward to getting back to my meditation regime on Sunday and intend to be more disciplined and structured next week.
