3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Yesterday was mainly spent in bed with missus - which was not as passionate as it sounds! With Son downstairs all day mainly on the X-Box, it was really just an all-day family chill-out, but a quality relationship day nonetheless. It strengthened bonds and relaxed and refreshed minds and bodies. For me it was actually a minor sacrifice as I got no me time, but one I embraced gladly.

Today being Thursday, in accordance with the "pact" between son and missus, early evening in bed with missus will be more lively. It's something of an experiment as it will be without chemical assistance. Given long enough to "warm up", I'm confident mission will be accomplished. I am incidentally, much more virile earlier in the day, but opportunities rarely avail themselves at such times. Once Son goes starts gigging with his band however, this will change!
