3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I'm so grateful for modern medicine! The stuff for my stomach eliminated at first dose a year of discomfort. It's only now without any discomfort I realize how bad it was! Modern drugs contribute making home a blissful place for all concerned - it's only Son who isn't taking anything!

The only down side is the frightful costs recently incurred for all this improved health and creature comforts but I have no regrets even though a few more hundred pounds of debt has been racked up, because quality of life is so blissful.

I will save a significant amount of cash by sacking Virgin Media who are not only providing poor service but are hiking the price for the privilege. Sky will not only be cheaper but provide stuff Virgin should be but are not.

I am wise enough to know that all things pass and I am only riding the crest of a wave, but I will gratefully enjoy every moment and give back and make a difference while I still can.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you giving back in gratitude for the good things in your life?

8. TRIVIA
Belarus owes Russia more than $14 billion dollars in loans, but gets easy terms and discounted Russian natural gas prices in return for preferential treatment for Russian companies and giving Russian gas company Gazprom control of the important Yamal-Europe gas pipeline.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Our limitations are mostly nothing more than our own decision to limit ourselves.
