3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Missus has phoned Daughter and texted but so far no reply - hurrah! Long may that continue! I fear that Missus will persist and Daughter will crack but every day without this toxic influence in our lives is to be savoured and treasured. The benefits are psychological, emotional AND financial! Myself and Son are working hard to ensure Missus feels so loved and valued at home that she does not miss Daughter at all!

With that and the new regime at the Weekend job, my character is on something of a roll at the moment. A settled time for my character is a golden opportunity for personal development and enhancing universal awareness. I have been reminded of the importance of spiritual study and have revisited some old books, and will get in a few paragraphs every day. 

Most encouraging of all, I am beginning to experience the benefit of universal awareness, the thing that attracted me to it in the first place - significant periods of time with the complete absence of suffering. I intend to experience before the end of this character perpetual universal awareness devoid of any suffering at all.
