3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
After catching up on Sunday, I got straight back into sleep debt on Monday! No meditation and not enough sleep. Though I had extra stuff the bottom line is I wasn't organized enough and too distracted. Though it's a busy day for clients today there is adequate space between to catch up on brain rest, so I will certainly do so.

I know full well that if my character's wellbeing is not properly maintained, Consciousness can't see above it. Pleasant but pointless distractions are current the biggest threat to achieving my goals. A nice problem to have of course. Underlying all the various twists and turns of the drama is the underlying profound sense of gratitude to be in a happy loving place. I am savouring every moment.

6. TODAY'S ONELINER

8. TRIVIA
There are Google bikes parked throughout the Googleplex that employees can hop on and ride from building to building. None of them is locked; employees simply take them when they need them. Additionally, a doctor regularly visits the Google campus so Googlers don’t have to leave the office for a checkup. Google is also known for its “20% time,” the one day a week that employees can take simply to work on something that interests them.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Birth, ageing, sickness and death are the inescapable realities of life, and the eternal questions humankind has attempted to resolve. How can we create the greatest value amidst a reality that is impermanent and in constant flux?
