3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
There's a hush in my mind right now and it's most blissful! With the mental disruption of the Saturday Incident easing, balance is restored and I'm feeling that internal silence I have long sought. Were it not for loved ones counting on me, it might be a good day to die, at peace with self, but that wouldn't be so agreeable for the ones to whom I make a difference.

I will therefore carry on making a difference for the moment, out of love and service, even though I myself have nothing left to want. It's been a long traumatic time coming, but my mind is now how I want it, and I shall simply savour it.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
The cheetah is the only cat that can't retract its claws

9. ZEN WISDOM
Without dialogue, humans are fated to walk in the darkness of their own dogmatic self-righteousness. Dialogue is the lamp by which we dispel that darkness, lighting and making visible for each other our steps and the path ahead.
