3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
After a distinctly odd Wednesday, Thursday was more routine. I was particularly proud of making Missus cum particularly hard in the evening. Though it's pleasurable and a considerable boost to the male ego, I don't reach the dizzy heights she does. I am sadly not the biggest of men, and she neglects to maintain a pelvic floor stretched by two childbirths. In addition, in the throes of passion she secretes vast amounts of natural lubrication, all of which means that there is a lot less sensual friction than I would prefer, and its difficult to stay in.

With considerable experience of bonking her I fortunately usually succeed in staying coupled, and knowing what she likes (which is to be simply banged vigorously) with her at least I'm a skilled lover. I have to say I would not pass up on the experience of a woman who was both tighter and knew what she was doing, but I'm not going to the extent of actively looking. My priority and life-purpose remains to make a positive difference, and sexual underexperience is something I can happily live with.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU

8. TRIVIA
People with extreme anorexia will develop downy body hair that grows on the back, arms, legs, face and neck. This is called lanugo and is the body’s attempt to maintain a normal temperature after losing so much fat.

9. ZEN WISDOM
When we care for others our own strength to live increases. When we help people expand their state of life, our lives also expand. Actions to benefit others are not separate from actions to benefit oneself. Our lives and the lives of others are ultimately inseparable.
