3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Another smooth two shifts of the Weekend Job, which seemed to pass very quickly and for which I am most grateful! With Son off on a sleepover, horny missus required satisfaction, which was duly accomplished with help from the magic blue tablets.  There is something of a mismatch in that she is most up for it in the evening, whereas I am at peak performance in the morning. With Son away, both evening and following morning were successfully taken advantage of - missus is currently so horny that she is quite prepared to take the morning-first-thing opportunity despite being half-asleep.

Now firmly into middle age, my chief concern is no longer relief but to satisfy the partner successfully! My orgasm-a-day policy keeps everything functional (and generally promotes wellbeing) and the magic blue tablets ensure that the minimum of arousal is required. With the price now down to affordable, I can relax into gratitude that male ego and female libido are kept happy.

My spiritual/mental goal continues to be an internally silent grateful mind on a continual basis, with all the decisions made by intuition. I have already achieved this as a "ground-state"  but my ability to stay in it is greatly affected by other factors. I am still some way from it being perpetual permanence, but I am definitely making progress. I look forward to having complete mastery over my own mind.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you the master or the victim of your mind?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

While Scotland has the highest proportion (13%) of redheads (followed by Ireland with 10%), the United States has the largest population of redheads in the world, with between 6-18 million redheads, or 2-6% of the population.

9. ZEN WISDOM
It is this time and this place that matter—not some other time or place. What matters is here and now—the people here and now.
