3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
After a good run at the Weekend Job, conditions were a little less favourable yesterday as I was up the "sharp end" right off the bat and Christmas madness truly kicked in, but there were no significant issues and a smooth finish has left me able to move on to a new week.
With no "firefighting" issues to currently deal with, I am unencumbered to press on with my objectives. Key to maintaining good mental health is focus in the right place, and I have found that emptying the mind, leaving decision-making to the intuition, and focusing consciously on the emotion of gratitude is powerfully effective. My aim is to make this my "default" state, kicking into other modes only as necessary.
With the correct mental state in place, nothing else requires much thought - it all happens automatically. The struggle has been, over recent times, working out what the ideal default state actually is. The breakdown and final death of my relationship with Daughter, Father and Mother has considerably disrupted my focus more than I realized at the time. Now with dust settling, my focus is liberated once more to settle into the right groove and achieve my life-purpose.

8. TRIVIA
The second-most dangerous shark in the world, the tiger shark, is
sometimes called the “garbage can of the sea” because it will eat
anything, including animal carcasses, tin cans, car tires, and other
garbage. One was even found having a chicken coop with the remains of
bones and feathers inside its stomach.
