3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Ego was definitely lifted by Son's morale significantly recovering and receiving a great testimonial yesterday, as well as some extra publishing opportunities offered by a friend. We are ready to begin again! My chief priority over the next couple of days is to raise my consciousness to the universal, as it is from this perspective that this life experience will be the most fulfilling. While life is so low-stress, and there is the minimum of "firefighting", this is the time to self-develop.

The "weak link" in this is the Weekend Job. The Weekend Job has a higher impact on my mind than I would like to admit. Of late I have had a good hassle-free run and I could do with that continuing! That is in the best interest of everyone! It is the last remaining section of my life where I don't have full control and I am vulnerable to the self-interest of others. My response in this environment is that I do not do diplomacy if given grief, and I don't forget it, and I find that in such a self-interested environment, that attitude earns the best treatment. No one wants to clash with me after upsetting me once!

Though my preference is to be rid of the Weekend Job at the first opportunity, whilst it's a necessity, it's a good testing ground of my philosophy and self-management techniques, a chance to see how I bear-up in a challenging environment.
