3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
So Son is on his way to Minsk! As I write he'll be in the air on his way to Frankfurt, the first stopover. It's a win-win for all - an exciting adventure for him and a freedom at home from tiptoeing round the lodger. My "Golden Age", which is I'm sure how I'll reflect on my fifties, reaches a new pinnacle.

I've come to the conclusion that the best environment is "cosy" and the best attitude is gratitude, and here I am in an abundance of cosy gratitude! I'm loved, doing what I love doing in somewhere comfortable with plenty to amuse, educate and entertain me! My life lacks absolutely nothing!

There are of course challenges and disappointments, which revolve mainly around the dysfunctionality of the wider Blonder family. However, having banished them from my life, they no longer cause grief. Oddly the fact that I'm a carer for a wife with a severe mental illness is no longer an issue - it comes with compensations of unprecedented freedom for a husband and being adored, which I immensely enjoy.

If life was sex, I'm now having the orgasm! I intend to gratefully ride it, savour it, let it thunder ecstatically through me.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
There were so many old people on my airplane, I double-checked that my ticket didn't say "Heaven" :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
Digital-anal sex, in which one partner uses a finger to stimulate the other’s anus, can be a means of transmitting HIV.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Peace is not found somewhere far away. Peace is found where there is caring. Peace is found when you bring joy to instead of suffering. Peace is found when you reach out and make an effort to understand and embrace someone who is different from you.
