3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
A return to normal patterns overnight! With the magic blue tablets having worn off, I was untroubled by overnight urges and paid off some sleep debt, going a full 7 hours (interrupted only by a wee at 3) and waking at 6am, the middle of the day by my standards. I also recall a dream, a sure sign that I slept well.

In fact I have woken with a wonderfully settled mind! If that continues, a good day beckons as I focus entirely on my actions and intentIons rather than circumstances.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you clear in your own mind about what you're doing and why?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

By mid morning fog will lift - it will be dry and increasingly sunny
Dry and mainly clear overnight

Min Temp = 14 degC at 8am

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
I asked my Missus if she was worried about all these local burglaries and muggings, but she just told me to carry on as we need the money :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
Not all full moons are the same size. Their size varies depending on whether the moon is at its apogee (far away) or perigee (nearby). The moon is generally 14% bigger when at its perigee.

9. ZEN WISDOM
If you lose today, win tomorrow. In this never-ending spirit of challenge is found the heart of a victor.
