3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
In a slightly worrying development, despite Tadalafil, there was a "failure to launch" in the morning - another tablet was taken, and a second attempt in the evening, after a prolonged warmup, WAS successful. Unfortunately it's difficult to tie down a reason, but what is certain is that a single Tafalafil tablet the night before is no longer a guarantee of success. 

I don't really have an option but to accept my declining virility. Fortunately I have a missus who worships me, and as horny as she currently is, has more concern about whether its an indication of a health issue than her own sexual frustration. I don't have any concerns about my health at this moment, but I'm clearly going to have to look after myself if I'm going to satisfy the missus. I have a theory that I need to be well-hydrated, recently fed and mentally relaxed beforehand in order to "perform".
