3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Bliss continues! Had a great bonding time with Son in the garden yesterday, and an evening in front of the TV with Missus.

Spiritual disciplines are very important to prevent self-sabotage when you have an unhealthy default mindset. One of these disciplines is to make daily affirmations
of which I make several:
a. THE AFFIRMATION OF GRATITUDE
b. THE AFFIRMATION OF GROUNDING (Right Here Right Now in a long form)
c. THE AFFIRMATION OF THE REIKI PRINCIPLES
d. THE AFFIRMATION OF THE HERMETIC PRINCIPLES
The Hermetic Principles are my creed of how the Universe works. They are:
1. THE PRINCIPLE OF MIND
The Universe is made of consciousness
2. THE PRINCIPLE OF VIBRATION
Consciousness manifests as vibration of constantly changing form
3. THE PRINCIPLE OF ORDER
The vibrations in the Universe coalesce into three principal orders of form:
SPIRIT - ENERGY - MATTER
From left to right, density increases but power decreases. Higher order forms can effect changes on lower order forms
4. THE PRINCIPLE OF POLARITY
Opposites are actually one thing that varies only in degree of positive or negative
5. THE PRINCIPLE OF RHYTHM
Everything cycles and then recycles, returning to its ultimate source.

e. THE AFFIRMATION OF ATTRACTION
I affirm WHAT I desire, and allow the mechanism (HOW) to manifest itself. Mental energy spent on HOW or what I DON'T want would limit or sabotage the opportunities for the WHAT to manifest.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
How do you keep your mind in the right place?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Dry throughout with variable cloud and sunshine
Clear overnight
Wind will be very slight and mainly north-easterly
Max Temp = 18 degC
Min Temp = 13 degC
Sunrise at 05:31
Sunset at 20:54

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
How did the hipster burn his mouth? - He drank it when it wasn't cool : D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Bill Bailey on Chords

8. TRIVIA
Thongs are unhealthy! They can cause several vaginal infections, particularly thrush. If you are determined to wear thongs anyway, keep the anus and vagina very clean, as the string moves bacteria from the anus to the vaginal area.

9.  ZEN WISDOM
Relentless patience will allow you to exploit the weakness in every barrier
