3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Today promises to be wonderfully routine! There's something to be said for glorious stability, where we all know where we are. A week on from the final break from Daughter, I have the comfort of knowing there will be no more salvoes from that direction as I have locked and barred any way back. Healing is consequently underway.

Stability and confidence is high enough for Missus to be discharged from the Psychiatrist yesterday. She is not cured of course, far from it, but it can now be managed by me alone, thanks to the benign conditions at home.

With people-threats eliminated, I can focus on development, as I look to grow spiritually and intellectually and on my mission to make a difference, to self, environment and others. I have also learned the importance of keeping up with daily disciplines to override my negative defaults and keep mind in the right place.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The worth of one's life is only assessed at the end, so be neither intoxicated by victory nor poisoned by defeat
