3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Apart from a change of scenery, there is now little incentive for me to go on holiday or have a day out. Home is such a blissful comfortable place that I have no urge to get away from it or its many creature comforts, and the ability to do what I want whenever I want to do it.

Missus has declared "three days in bed" for herself, but this does not mean a sexual marathon, but rather three days of catalogues, cakes and "fluffy" TV. That suits me fine, as I will have plenty of time to myself, a lot of it in the Consulting Room, which doubles up as my "manshed".

I now have a golden opportunity to achieve some objectives. Firstly, to "supercool" my mind, become thoroughly grounded and reach the highest states of awareness. Secondly to reaffirm my beliefs and goals, and thirdly make some progress with my new book and other promotional ventures.
