3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Thanks to a run of mild dry weather, the garden stuff is successfully completed, and next week I am free to focus on my "first loves", promoting my Practice, writing my new book and developing my spirituality. With a splash of housework to keep my feet on the ground, and of course quality time with loved ones.

"Viagra Evening" at first looked like it wasn't going to happen as Missus had a prolonged evening nap, but dropping the magic blue tablet proved the right thing to do after all, as she finally awoke at 9pm still sleepy but very horny. My ego was suitably boosted by being awarded a "10" for my moves. I only rated her a "4" but kept that to myself!

Fortunately it does not matter to me that she is somewhat unspectacular in bed. My sexual activity is no longer pursued out of emotional need or physical craving, but for my own physical health and the health of the marriage. I am happy enough that thanks to some pharmaceutical assistance, I am able to bring pleasure and fulfillment.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The struggle between happiness and unhappiness is the story of human existence. The struggle between peace and war is the history of the human race. The power that leads us to eternal victory amid these struggles is the power of good within us.
