3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Friday/Saturday went astonishingly smoothly, so smoothly that if it was like that all the time, I'd do the Weekend Job forever! It is a weekend where gratitude is very much to the fore. Sunday is a day where I don't concern myself with the future and generally focus on myself and loved ones, although today I have some basic planning to do for Son's 18th.
I always advocate an orgasm-a-day for everyone to promote good health, and generally practice what I preach! In younger days, it was an overwhelming urge anyway. In my forties I began to notice both libido and virilty decline, until now when I could easily go celibate. I choose not to for two reasons: firstly I am happily married and have a horny missus to satisfy. The body tends to work on the "use it or lose it" principle so an orgasm-a-day helps maintain at least some level of sexual interest. The second is for health reasons. Keeping "everything moving" down there reduces the risk of Prostate Cancer and regular orgasms have a wide variety of mind and body benefits, so I would continue even if widowed to stay as healthy as possible.
4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU?
Are you looking after yourself properly?

When you go into court, you are putting yourself in the hands of 12 people who weren't smart enough to get out of jury duty.
7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
George Carlin on bullshit absolutely wonderful!
8. TRIVIA
During WWI, dogs were used as messengers and carried orders to the front
lines in capsules attached to their bodies. Dogs were also used to lay
down telegraph wires.
9. ZEN WISDOM
The transformation from a self-centered way of life to one dedicated to
the well-being of others is the process of “human revolution.” This is a
revolution that can start here, now—in the heart of every one of us.
