3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION 
it was more difficult than I anticipated settling down into online promotional work and bookwriting, but at least I did make some progress, and started to get my Tumblr addiction under control.  

Middle-age made itself apparent when I inexplicably pulled a muscle in my right ankle for no apparent cause at all! I would have preferred it to give out Sunday/Monday, because Friday Saturday are my two significant hikes home back from the Weekend Job. With rest and Reiki, we will see how it progresses.

After last week's experience, I will take the "Magic Blue Tablet" earlier this time, a good hour before teatime and possibly another an hour after as well to keep things "topped up" before Marital Quality Time in the early evening. 

The final middle-age bodily malfunction is acid reflux at the base of my oesophagus, causing blazing heartburn! It is however a good incentive to avoid tempting late night nibbles - I now know the consequences. Settler's Tums have become a frequent bedtime routine!
