3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
After an uneventful and trouble-free weekend full of blessing and bonding, the week begins with my focus firmly on my prime life objective: making a difference. In this aim I am always campaigning on two fronts - externally doing things that achieve my purpose and internally keeping focus in place, because it doesn't stay there by default!
My mind left to itself will invariably look for trouble, often in the hurts of the past. I do not have an "autopilot" - my mind heads for the rocks every time my focus eases. Daily rituals and disciplines, the "insulin of the mind" are therefore essential to my wellbeing!
4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU

8. TRIVIA
An average water molecule will spend 9 days in the atmosphere, 2 weeks
in a river, 10 years in a large lake, 3,000 to 5,000 years in an
ocean, 10,000-100,000+ years underground, and 10,000 to 1,000,000+
years in an Antarctic ice cap.
9. ZEN WISDOM
The course of our lives is determined by how we react—what we decide and
what we do—at the darkest of times. The nature of that response
determines a person’s true worth and greatness.
