3. TODAY'S SELF OBSERVATION
Despite the absence of colleagues whose company I most enjoy, it was a "perfect shift" at the Weekend job yesterday. This involves getting a workstation out of the way, getting breaks on time and the rest of the time being given no grief. I was suitably grateful! 

I have been working on refining the Discipline Of Grounding recently. I have been adopting the technique of focusing my consciousness on the Crown Chakra. This point represents the boundary between the physical and spiritual, as well as internal and external experience. To focus your attention here means that you don't get lost either in your own thought or your external circumstances, but sit and observe them all going on. Consequently you stay the real and pure "you" rather than being lost in your own ego.

This technique is working really well for me so far, and I intend to pursue it. maintaining it for as much of my conscious experience as possible.
