3. TODAY'S SELF OBSERVATION
The Weekend Job is something I would prefer not to do, but unfortunately with it being a quiet year for my Practice and the heavy funding of Son's development, it is more necessary than ever. That said, if every shift was like the two this week, I wouldn't mind doing it at all! They were both completely free of any sort of grief. This has inevitably boosted mood and morale, for which I am most grateful, and made for a great kickstart into a new week.

Since the collapse of my joint business venture in the Spring, my Practice has taken a back seat to other issues. I need a "big break" or a way of raising my profile to reach a wider audience, and that has to start by it returning to the centre of my attention. That said, it is only one means of serving my Supreme Purpose of making a difference, and I do not wish to restrict the number of possible ways I might do this.

My moment-to-moment priority is to keep grounded in the moment, which will be a lifelong effort for a mind with such an unhealthy default, that can wander into all manner of dark places. What it has taken to get to a generally blissful environment, it will take to stay here, so I will keep taking the insulin of the mind - focus, grounding, meditation and all the other disciplines I have learned and teach to others.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Do you understand what it takes to maintain a healthy mind?

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Mock The Week - Lines you wouldn't hear in a Blockbuster Movie (very good!)

8. TRIVIA
Reluctant to leave school to devote time to their new search engine, Larry Page and Sergey Brin attempted to sell google.com for $1 million to AltaVista. Fortunately for them, Alta Vista passed . . . as did Yahoo!, Excite, and all the other leading search engines of the day.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Youthfulness is not determined by age. It is determined by one’s life force. One who possesses hope is forever young. One who continually advances is forever beautiful.
