3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
It was another blissful Sunday, thanks of course to a home environment that is so benevolent. I long for the day when I don't need the Weekend Job and I can just focus on my Practice and my happy home life. That said, the hostile environment of the Weekend Job keeps me on my toes and in touch with people whose lives aren't as blissful as mine, so while it has to be there I can take positives from it. I am of the opinion that to be a good therapist and sage, you have to know what a bad time is first-hand - only then can you speak with credibility about positive things.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Can you use your experience of unhappiness to help others.

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Drizzle at first will clear by mid-morning
Dry and cloudy thereafter, and much milder than recently
A moderate southerly wind will turn westerly by mid-afternoon
Max Temp = 12 degC
Min Temp = 6 degC
Sunrise at 07:25
Sunset at 16:16

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
I was filming a documentary about Emos that went badly wrong when I shouted "cut" : D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Best bits from a particularly good edition of QI with Bill Bailey, Barry Humphries and Rich Hall

8. TRIVIA
Anorexia has one of the highest mortality rates of any mental illness. Approximately one in 10 cases of anorexia nervosa ends in death.

9. ZEN WISDOM
While it is important to win, it’s even more important to remain undefeated no matter what happens.
