I awoke at 3am desperate for a cup of tea and then couldn't be assed to reclaim half the duvet from Missus, so have been awake ever since! This is not good for body maintenance, particularly the immune system, so I will attempt to pay off some sleep-debt this afternoon.

Apart from insomnia, all is well in the Blonder house, and today will be a good day to simply be.
