3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
The "cinnamon experiment" continues to proceed well with no night snacking or "hunger rage" since I started. It's beginning to look like a lifetime of being blighted could in all that time have been cured by a simple cheap product on every supermarket shelf, and I only found out about it through a chance conversation on Facebook.
It looks like my problem has been hypoglycaemia induced by Chromium deficiency. I wonder how many others are/have been needlessly silently suffering like me? I need to get this information out there!
Yesterday's "honeymoon day" went well with Missus being suitably satisfied in all departments and I got plenty of me time as well. Much of that me time was spent tracking down a problem with Windows movie Maker that turned out to be caused by a very subtly corrupt GIF file. At least I finally got to the problem and finished the video I wanted to make. All's well when you get it sorted!
4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU

9. ZEN WISDOM
Defeat lies not in failing or making mistakes; rather, it lies in giving up on ourselves when we do so.
