3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Half-Term begins, so Son and Missus will be "under my feet" all week! I will be reminded that I am Missus' carer and I'll get a lot less done, both domestically and Practice-wise. On the other hand I can get up when I like, and since that's usually early anyway, there is ample blogging and "me time" before I awaken the Missus at 9am.
I intend to make something of a fresh start regarding diet and nutrition today. Though my health is good and I am mobile and functional, for the sake of business credibility I certainly don't want to get bigger or slower! This time it has my full attention, and I will therefore be successful.
I have become convinced that focus is the key to everything - our potential is vast if we would only focus on what we want to achieve. It is now up to me to be a living example of that principle. I intend to be fully focused on my objectives!
As well as getting slimmer and fitter, I intend to get my Practice moving again, and generally be financially better off by year end.
4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Have you set clear objectives for yourself?
5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Showers at first
Showers will clear by mid-morning and it will be dry and cloudy thereafter
More showers will arrive by midnight but will have cleared overnight
A moderate south-westerly will swing southerly by late afternoon

Min Temp = 6 degC

Sunset at 17:34
6. TODAY'S ONELINER
During a concert by the Bermuda Philharmonic Orchestra, the man on the triangle disappeared
7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
On May 9, 1934, a dust storm carried an estimated 350 million tons
of dirt 2,000 miles eastward and dumped four million tons of
prairie dirt in Chicago.
9. ZEN WISDOM
It would be pointless for a plum blossom to try to remake itself as a
cherry blossom, no matter how deeply the plum yearns to do so. The plum
is happiest when it blooms as itself in full glory. How much of the
color and wonder of life would be lost if it weren’t for our
differences.
