3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Yesterday was the first full day taking cinnamon in tea and coffee and I am astonished at the result so far. It has been like someone has thrown a switch! Despite eating very little up to suppertime, not a trace of the usual near-psychopathic behaviour I exhibit when hungry. In fact, I felt particularly calm all day.

Is it really this simple? Can a lifelong condition have all the time been solved by such a simple measure? The jury's out but results so far have been very encouraging. I was certainly not expecting to feel so completely different immediately. If this lasts, completely unexpectedly, and due to someone's average post on Facebook, my life could be entering a new chapter!

Yesterday's lie-in (by my my standards!) seems to have been a one-off as I awoke at the more average time of 05:20 this morning. This is not overly freaky as I am usually in bed by 22:15, so that's a good 7 hours sleep, occasionally interrupted by a big small-hours wee.
