3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Relocating my Practice to home and making it a full-time occupation was absolutely the right decision for both my Practice and the family, but a consequence was the marked decline in exercise and a subsequent increase in weight. This in itself doesn't bother me but it doesn't look good as a brand image.

My health, due to a happy and low-stress lifestyle is excellent for my age. Long-sightedness, erectile dysfunction, pruritus ani and general vulnerability to yeast infections were all inevitable anyway. Cholesterol, circulation and heart health are doing great!

I am aware that it's time to put in some regular maintenance to address these issues. Long-sightedness is already compensated with reading glasses, and erectile dysfunction with Viagra. For Pruritus ani and Athlete's Foot I need to be more scrupulous in keeping left foot and anus bone dry by not allowing sweating to build up.

Exercise needs building in to my routine, it's just a question of slotting it into the right place. Straight after blogging is probably the best time. Watch this space as I keep you posted on my progress!

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Is it time to address a longstanding issue?

9. ZEN WISDOM
Just as a spring breeze awakens tender new shoots of green, sincere encouragement can thaw a frozen heart and instill courage. It is the most powerful means to rejuvenate the human spirit.
