3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With my book complete, there are just some minor tweaks to do before marketing it next week. Generally getting my stuff "out there" is dominating my thoughts at the moment. It's important that I stay grounded at this time and focus on one task at a time. I will be keeping my thoughts and attention on the tightest possible leash.

My run of early waking continues - I don't seem to be suffering too much as a result, but I may use my me time today for a deep meditation or catchup sleep. I'm not overly anxious at this time and happy to let my body clock rebalance itself in due course.

Life in general is certainly full! I'm not short of things to do, and it's just a case of keeping my head as I navigate through this journey into uncertainty that I have chosen for myself.

8. TRIVIA
In 1979, in what has become known as the “Twinkie Defense,” Daniel White said he killed San Francisco mayor George Moscone and Harvey Milk because he ate too much junk food, such as Twinkies, candy bars, and cupcakes, which caused a chemical imbalance in his brain. He was still convicted and, in 1981, Congress outlawed the “Twinkie Defense.”

9. ZEN WISDOM
The two wheels that carry dialogue forward are a belief that the other person possesses goodness within, and a spirit of unflagging determination to tap and draw out that goodness.
