3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Another early waking, though this time not quite as early and induced by the cat rather than insomnia. Once up, I thought it useful to stay up and get in front. 

There's an interesting synchronicity between myself and Son at the moment where we both have clear objectives and lots of work to do to achieve them! However I am not utilising every spare minute to achieve these objectives. Friday - Sunday is taken up by the Weekend Job, Missus Time and Me Time. 

Half of Monday is given to housework, clients permitting, and a third of Wednesday to shopping, and most of evenings to Missus. This only leaves The lion's share of Tuesday and Thursday to promote my Practice. This to me seems a healthy balance! I've seen first-hand what happens when people go gung-ho on a single objective at the expense of their relationships.

In fact, I often feel like my consciousness is right on the fulcrum of the Universe - I have known all aspects of positive and negative experience in equal measure. This perspective of being in the cherry-middle is the best seat in the house to observe the universe from a single point. It feels like an extraordinary privilege to witness everything from my comfy vantage point - thoroughly involved in it all but not "lost" in it.
