3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I awoke at the almost unheard of hour of 07:15 - virtually the middle of the day by my standards! I guess I needed it! Yesterday I picked up some useful info online from Facebook users - firstly places to look for cheap liability insurance, and secondly to use cinnamon as a means of controlling hypoglycaemia. I'm following up both these leads and will report back on progress!

Missus libido has noticably declined of late, which is not a complaint! It saves money on the little blue tablets, and avoids irritating Son, who finds the whole idea of his parents bonking absolutely disgusting. I would quite happily retire my own parts were it not for the fact that "keeping things moving" reduces the risk of prostate cancer.

I firmly believe an orgasm a day for both genders is excellent for health and wellbeing, but a "week off" won't do any harm! That said, Missus libido, though lower, is not dead! I suspect I'll be wanted for the usual Thursday slot. It's too early to say whether her libido is heading for a permanent slide or this is just a lull. I will observe with interest!

8. TRIVIA
Thailand’s and the world’s longest reigning monarch is Bhumibol Adulyadej, who became King Rama IX in June 1946. He was born in the U.S. in 1927 when his father was studying medicine at Harvard. He owns a patent on a form of cloud seeding and holds a degree in engineering from Switzerland. He also plays the sax and composed Thailand’s national anthem.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The struggle between happiness and unhappiness is the story of human existence. The struggle between peace and war is the history of the human race.
