3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I have been sleeping particularly well recently! I have been sleepy at bedtime and gone right through until woken by the alarm in the morning. This is after a long spell of early-waking. Such things interest me but do not overly concern me - I am happy that my brain knows what it's doing.

However there has been a decline in my "automatic" functionality. Stuff I could previously do subconsciously without focus while my thoughts were elsewhere now require more conscious attention. I kinda just shrug my shoulders and accept it.

I got all my online stuff done yesterday but found it somewhat hard going! however I'm pleased that I stuck at it and got it done.

I continue to be astonished at how different I am from others on the matter of research. Despite all human knowledge at their fingertips for free, people just don't use it - they'd rather pay someone to show them. I'm sure this is something I can financially exploit. I need to give that some thought.

When the body is at rest, it takes only six seconds for the blood to go from the heart to the lungs and back, only eight seconds for it to go the brain and back, and only 16 seconds for it to reach the toes and travel all the way back to the heart.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Ideal love is fostered only between two sincere, mature and independent people. Real love is not two people clinging to each other; it can only be fostered between two strong people secure in their individuality.
