3. TODAY'S SELF OBSERVATION
As the Easter break comes to an end, as enjoyable as home life is, it will be good to return to a more structured week, which you tend to miss after a while. There is something comforting about a normal weekend.

As I return to structure, I am aware of keeping my mind in the right place, which doesn't happen by itself! I need to keep up with my daily disciplines, which I fully intend to do. I have returned to the mantra of BE HERE NOW to keep fully grounded and internally silent, and will use RELAX, BREATHE LISTEN for meditation.

In addition I will look for opportunities to practise mind-influence on others and promote my Practice. I have learned that it is much easier to purge fear and confusion from your mind if you know exactly what you need to do.
