3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
A return to structure and fresh initiatives with the end of the Easter holiday will be delayed somewhat as the week is broken up by matters arising, specifically the much-delayed Grievance Meeting concerning the Weekend Job which requires a special trip out, and Missus' Endoscopy and recovery on Tuesday/Wednesday. I will make best use of the fragmented time as I can, relying on intuition to prioritise.

A long-running but managed malaise feels like it's lifting as I move on from recent disappointments and frustrations. Good things often result from challenging times and I have picked up a very simple mind-management technique - breathe slower and deeper. It really does seem to help the Grounding process.

I am confident going into this week that the Grievance Meeting will result in victory and the endoscopy will show that Missus is fine on the inside. But it isn't certain! I expect the best but will respond accordingly to whatever results.
