3. TODAY'S SELF OBSERVATION
The weekend is promising to be blissfully uneventful at this point, but my mood has been low, mainly due to a lack of progress on all fronts. I could do with a really-good morale-boosting victory! I have managed to keep this to myself and not inflict it on anyone else.

The one thing I CAN work on is my goal of Total Internal Silence and Perpetual Gratitude, so with nothing much else happening, I will throw myself into this objective. It may turn out that with my mind in the right place, progress elsewhere will follow.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you focused on what you CAN do at this moment?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

A moderate south-easterly will blow throughout

6. TODAY'S ONELINER

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
The Polar Bear is heading for extinction. Only 25,000 at most exist and probably no act of human conservation can save it, due to the loss of its habitat, the polar ice cap, which is rapidly shrinking and will ultimately cease to exist in the Summer.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Through education people can be delivered from powerlessness
